Terms of Service

1. The deal

IDFWL ("the service") is operated by TLPTH Labs. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it. The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including content posted on your gates and any contact info you publish. Don't impersonate other people. One human, one account.

3. What you can't do

No illegal content, harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors — ever.
No spam, phishing, malware, or links that try to harm visitors.
No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break the service.
No using the service as a dead-letterbox for illegal exchanges.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to run the service. Delete it from your dashboard and the licence ends (subject to backups expiring naturally).

5. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from your profile page. There's a 30-day grace period during which we keep data in case you change your mind or we need it for a complaint. After that, it's purged. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, tlpth labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use means you accept the updates.
